  • Once the scope of work has been confirmed and you would like to proceed payment may be taken up front or you have the choice of paying in 4 installments which can be invoiced in 4 weekly payments or paid through Afterpay.

  • Completion time varies based upon complexity and project volume. As such, projects can be expected to be completed within 5-10 business days (Mon-Fri).

  • Partial refunds of up to 30% of the full amount paid will be issued if the work produced is not satisfactory. Because work was still completed by the artist, which takes time, a full refund will not be granted.
