I'm Mavrick. I'm an Illustrator and concept artist with over 10 years of experience in illustration and design. My work spans multiple genres, including but not limited to fantasy, sci-fi, action, and adventure.

I'm a passionate storyteller at heart, and I aim to tell vivid stories through my work that mirror the reality we live in. As a black man, my art also depicts the black experience as I seek to tell the stories of our joy, pain, happiness, and enduring spirit.

Although it took me well into my adult years to figure out my purpose in both life and art, I've been a storyteller since I was a child. From creating my own comics as a kid to designing unique and interesting characters, creating new worlds has always been in my blood.

This led me to shift my entire focus towards visual storytelling. I use it as a guide for creating new artworks, and I also teach other artists how to do the same.
